  • Platform: Candy Planet USA’s public-facing website, web app, or digital app.
  • Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that registers to use the Candy Planet USA Service to manage relationships with its consumers or users of the service.
  • Device: Any device connected to the Internet, such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other device that can be used to visit Candy Planet USA and use the Services.
  • Service: refers to the service provided by Candy Planet USA as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

  • You: a person or entity that is registered with Candy Planet USA to use the Services.

Return and Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping at Candy Planet USA. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the things we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating and purchasing our products. 

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions on Candy Planet USA. We will be as brief as our attorneys allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase on Candy Planet USA, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the Candy Planet USA Privacy Policy. 

If there is any problem with the one you bought, or if you are not satisfied with it, you have 1 week to issue a refund and return the . 

If you want to return a product, the only way would be to follow the following guidelines: 

  • The product must be in the package we sent first.
  • The product must be complete and none open, in order to get a refund.

Refunds 

At Candy Planet USA we are committed to serving our customers with the best products. Each of the products you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with the utmost care. We do this to make sure you fall in love with our products. 

Unfortunately, there are times when we may not have the products you choose in stock or we may have some issues with our inventory and quality control. In such cases, we may need to cancel your order. You will be informed about this in advance so that you do not have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased by online payment (not cash on delivery), you will be refunded once your request is confirmed by our team. 

We perform a thorough quality control before processing the ordered item. We take the utmost care when packing the product. At the same time, we make sure that the packaging is good so that the items are not damaged during transport. Please note that Candy Planet USA is not responsible for damage caused to items during transit or transportation. 

We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it and if you follow the guidelines mentioned above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process, but you will be notified when you receive your money. 

Shipments 

Unless otherwise stated in this Policy, products shipped by Candy Planet USA, including Warehouse Auctions products, may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in most cases. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Therefore, new and complete products must be returned. Some products have different policies or requirements. When you return a product, you accept the refund and the way it is issued may vary according to the condition of the product, the time you had it and the way it was purchased. If you return a different product or one that is in a different condition than we shipped it, we will not be able to process your refund. You can see how refunds and restocking charges are processed 

Candy Planet USA is not responsible for return shipping costs. Each shipment must be paid for by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer must pay for shipping in return. 

There are two options for returning a product purchased from Candy Planet USA managed by Candy Planet USA: 

  • If the return address is covered by our carrier, you will receive a prepaid return label.
  • If the return address is not covered by our carrier, you can choose a carrier of your choice and a secure shipping method with tracking. You will need to pay for the return and once we have received the product, you can send an email to Candy Planet USA Customer Service, attaching the receipt of the return shipping costs to receive a refund.

If the reason for the return of the product is not due to the fact that it is a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will not refund the value of the gift wrap, shipping costs or any other service related to your order; we will only refund the value of the product. 

Note: When returning a product, you must return it in the same condition in which you received it from Candy Planet USA You must delete all personal information about yourself or a third party that may be present in that product, as Candy Planet USA will not be responsible for safeguarding this information. Similarly, Candy Planet USA will not be responsible for products that you mistakenly leave on the returned product or inside the package. 

Wrong returns 

Make sure you include the correct and complete product when you make a return. The correct product must be returned to receive a refund. 

To protect our employees and customers, Candy Planet USA gets rid of wrong or wrong returns. If you accidentally sent the wrong product to Candy Planet USA, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Candy Planet USA cannot guarantee that the product will be found and returned, nor will it offer compensation for incorrect products that are sent to Candy Planet USA. 

Damaged products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at Immediately the numbers provided at Candy Planet USA to return it within 15 days of the date of receipt of the order or contact our Customer Service department  

Note: For defective or damaged products purchased and shipped by sellers on Candy Planet USA, please contact the seller.

By using our platform, registering an account or making a purchase, you hereby agree to our Returns and Refunds Policy and agree to its terms. 

Changes to our Returns and Refunds Policy 

We may update, amend, or make changes to this document to accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be subject to the updated Return and Refund Policy. If you do not wish to accept this or any updated Return and Refund Policy, you may delete your account.
